Cindy Bio
Cindy grew up in Dearborn Heights, Michigan, and her passion for fitness started at an early age. Her three ‘very energetic’ brothers taught her how to be strong and athletic, not to mention tough. During her academic years, she participated in basketball, running, gymnastics and cheerleading. When Cindy was in her mid 20’s, she moved to South Florida where she continued her career with the U.S. Government; but her professional experience doesn’t end there. She’s held careers as a court reporter, flight attendant, tour planner, and legal secretary. During her flight attendant years, Cindy met her husband, Dennis, after being introduced by their mutual friends, Bill and Renae. Dennis was a New York City fire fighter living on Staten Island. Cindy worked for Continental Airlines and was based in Newark, NJ. Dennis & Cindy had been dating for a while, but it was shortly after the tragedy of 9/11 when Dennis proposed. September 11th had a huge impact on their lives and they knew things would never be the same, but it was then they realized how strong their love was for one another. A year and a half later, they married. Cindy and Dennis relocated to South Florida shortly after Dennis retired from the fire department. Cindy began a new and exciting career as an educational tour planner and enjoyed working out regularly at the gym. Dennis pursued his lifelong dream as a writer and author. Due to new opportunities developing for them, they relocated to North Carolina after falling in love with the area. “We’re finally home,” says Cindy. Over the years, Cindy’s learned simple tricks of the trade in keeping fit. Her style is not complicated, but contributes results. She loves helping people find their own unique inducements. Today, Cindy trains regularly, maintains a healthy diet and lifestyle, and is a true role model for living fit. |
